Company Introduction

Zhejiang Southeast Metalsheet Co., Ltd. is a competitive enterprise, which is located in the newly founded provincial Jiangdong Industrial Park, close to scenic Qiantang River. We were jointly invested by Zhejiang Southeast Lattice Frame Group and Hong Kong Metec Limited in 2004 with registered capital of USD42 million. In the 1st phase, our total investment is USD74.90 million with an overall land coverage of 250,000 square meters. The plant is close to Huhangyong and Hangjinqu expressways and 10 kilometers away from Xiaoshan International Airport, Hangzhou, with convenient transportation by air, land and water. Our company is a professional metal sheet manufacturer of hot-dip galvanized coils, cold-rolled coils, cold-rolled hard coils, as well as pickled coils used in home appliances, automobile, hardware, construction industry and other fields.

The construction of our company is divided into two phases. In the 1st phase, there are mainly three lines, namely, pickling line, hot-dip galvanizing line, and cold rolling line. Among these, two-stand CVC 6-high mill has an annual production capacity of 500,000 metric tons; hot-dip galvanizing line and pickling line have a capacity of 150,000 metric tons and 600,000 metric tons respectively. The whole plant started formal production in the 4th quarter of 2006. The 2nd phase under construction will see a 300,000-ton bell-type annealing furnace expected to start production in the 2nd quarter of 2008. The thickness and width range of our products are 0.20-2.00mm and 800-1,350mm respectively.

In order to maintain advanced technology in domestic industry of the same trade, our cold rolling mill and assorted equipment were imported from SMS-Demag of Germany and from Pomini of Italy as well. We are the first one to be equipped with manufacturing equipment of such an advanced world level among Chinese private enterprises.
